New Music: The Lone Bellow

Today marks the unveiling of the  self-titled release by The Lone Bellow (I wrote about them here). Produced by Charlie Peacock (who also produced The Civil Wars), the album will surely resonate with fans of The Civil Wars, Seryn, and Mumford and Sons. In other words, people like me.

Here is a video of the band performing the track “The One You Should’ve Let Go” on the very same stage on which they recorded their debut album. Let me know what you think.

Here’s their track “A Tree I’ll Grow”"

Here are a couple of good music items for your Tuesday morning.

I’ve already let you know that I’m pretty excited for the debut full-length album from Brooklyn’s The Lone Bellow. NPR is streaming it in full here. Enjoy.

Also from Brooklyn is the quintent Lucius who recently did a captivating Tiny Desk concert (also check out their 2012 EP):

I’m really looking forward to the January 22nd self-titled release by The Lone Bellow, produced by Charlie Peacock (who also produced The Civil Wars). Here is their video for “Two Sides of Lonely” followed by a live session for Serialbox:
